About the role

Saviynt’s Professional Services team delivers AI‑powered identity governance solutions to Fortune 500 clients. The Technical Lead designs, deploys, and integrates Saviynt with critical applications, providing technical oversight to mid‑level engineers and training junior talent. The role involves client interaction, pre‑sales support, and coordination with product engineering to ensure high‑quality, on‑time delivery. Bengaluru, India, hybrid work model with on‑site days as needed.

What you’ll do

• Deploy Saviynt Identity Governance solution to meet customer requirements
• Design, implement, and integrate Saviynt with critical applications and infrastructure
• Create documentation for design and testing following approved life cycle methodologies
• Interact and coordinate with customers as required
• Provide technical oversight and direction to mid‑level and junior engineers
• Train and groom top talent in Saviynt technology and IAM
• Assist operations team and coordinate with product engineering
• Resolve technical issues through debugging, research, and investigation
• Provide technical pre‑sales support for direct and partner sales teams
• Conduct research and use knowledge of competitive solutions to address customer objections

What you’ll bring

• 5–8 years experience in Identity Management and Governance
• Strong knowledge of User Lifecycle Management, Provisioning, and Reconciliation
• Experience with Auditing, Reporting, and Access Certification
• Proficiency in Java/J2EE and SQL
• REST/SOAP web services
• Directory services
• Cloud Security fundamentals
