Internal Audit team at Hyatt focuses on ensuring robust controls and risk management across hotel operations. The Senior Internal Auditor leads end-to-end audit engagements, leverages data analytics and AI-powered tools to enhance audit quality, and presents findings to senior leadership. Role based in India with 60-80% international travel and on-site work model, supporting mentorship of junior staff.

What you’ll do

• Lead and execute internal audit engagements from planning to reporting
• Evaluate internal controls and financial processes across hotel properties
• Present audit findings to senior management and corporate leadership
• Track remediation efforts with stakeholders
• Leverage data analytics and AI tools for audit insights
• Mentor junior audit team members
