Senior Clinical Data Co-ordinator

About the role

Worldwide Clinical Trials seeks a Senior Clinical Data Co-ordinator in Kochi or Trivandrum to manage database configuration, maintenance, and validation. The role involves developing SAS programs for data management, mentoring staff, and liaising with sponsors and vendors. This is an on-site position requiring strong technical expertise in clinical data systems.

What you’ll do

• Configure, maintain, and validate databases and associated applications
• Develop, test, and run SAS programs for data validation and reconciliation
• Review specifications for data entry software and edit check configurations
• Train and mentor Clinical Database Programmers and Data Management staff
• Perform testing of databases according to IT and Data Management SOPs
• Liaise with third-party vendors to resolve software issues
• Coordinate with sponsors regarding electronic data transfer matters
• Support production and maintenance of system procedures and documentation

What you’ll bring

• Degree level education or relevant experience
• At least 5 years of Data Management Systems and Software experience
• Experience with SAS programming language
• Understanding of CDISC SDTM standards
