The Senior Brand Manager shapes B2B brand strategy, creates integrated campaigns, and partners with product, sales, PR and growth teams to build trust with SMBs and enterprises. Bengaluru office, on-site work model, relocation assistance available.

What you’ll do

• Define and evolve employer brand positioning and messaging
• Lead end‑to‑end B2B campaign execution across digital, social, PR and events
• Partner with creative teams and agencies to produce culturally relevant assets
• Build strategic partnerships with industry bodies, media and influencers
• Track brand health metrics, NPS and market research
• Collaborate with product, sales, PR and growth to ensure consistent brand experience

What you’ll bring

• 5-7 years brand or B2B marketing experience
• Bachelor's in Marketing, Business or Communications
• Strategic storytelling and campaign leadership
• Data‑driven brand metric analysis
