  • Manage multiple design projects from concept to delivery
  • Collaborate with Instructional Designers and cross‑functional teams
  • Create reusable design templates for scalable content
  • Mentor and guide junior designers

What you’ll bring

  • 4+ years graphic design experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design or related field
