About the role

This Associate role on the Digital Transformation Product Management team at JPMorgan Chase in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India supports the Wholesale Lending Services team. Day-to-day, you will own key digital enhancements and features, gather and translate business requirements into system requirements, and partner with technology to build and deploy solutions. You will apply Agile-at-scale practices, manage releases and quality, drive change management and adoption, support program governance, and establish KPI/OKR frameworks and executive dashboards for leadership.

What you’ll do

  • Own key digital enhancements and features independently to deliver product vision, multi-year strategy, and roadmap
  • Gather business requirements, break them into system requirements, define fine-grained solutions, and independently work with technology to build and deploy solutions
  • Apply Agile-at-scale practices to improve throughput and predictability; remove impediments and manage trade-offs across competing priorities
  • Ensure quality and readiness through test management and automation, production verification, and post-release monitoring; drive continuous improvement via root-cause analysis
  • Contribute to Release Management: prepare for release windows, validate readiness, support deployment, post-release validation, and monitor post go-live
  • Partner with business stakeholders and controls to define target-state operating model and drive change management and end-user adoption
  • Contribute to program governance including operating model, decision forums, intake/prioritization, dependency management, risk/issue management, and execution reporting
  • Help establish data insights for leadership: define KPI frameworks/OKRs, build executive-level dashboards, translate metrics into narrative, and drive decisions with evidence

What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering digital transformation in financial services
  • Good understanding of wholesale lending processes, digital technologies, and risk/controls considerations in regulated environments
  • Expertise across the product lifecycle: discovery, delivery, launch, adoption, and optimization
  • Strong data literacy: KPI/OKR design, dashboarding, insight generation, and executive storytelling
  • Experience in program governance for establishing visibility and transparency to leadership
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Agile tooling (e.g., Jira/Confluence or equivalent)

Nice to have

  • Demonstrated experience in delivering digital transformation in financial services (wholesale lending preferred)
  • Strong change management capability to drive adoption and measure behavior change/outcomes
