SAP SD HANA Associate

About the role

Cognizant's Technology & Engineering team is hiring an SAP SD HANA Associate to design and build SAP products for the world's leading electronic manufacturing and service industry. The role involves gathering business requirements, delivering conceptual and detailed designs, performing SAP configurations, writing development specifications, testing, coordinating transports to production, and providing post go-live support while collaborating with key stakeholders and internal/external partners. Based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India, the position requires a minimum of 8 years of SAP experience with end-to-end implementation project experience.

What you’ll do

• Work on SAP SD domain for the world's leading electronic manufacturing and service industry
• Work closely with key stakeholders, internal and external partners to design and build SAP products
• Gather business requirements and provide conceptual and detailed designs to meet business needs
• Perform necessary SAP configurations and write detailed specifications for development of custom programs
• Conduct testing, coordinate transports to production, and provide post go-live support
• Apply knowledge of Order to Cash scenarios, SAP Pricing (SD), Revenue Account Determination, Master Data, EDI/IDOC, and Output Determination
• Perform ABAP debugging, user exits, and interfaces work
• Leverage deep understanding of integration between SD and FI

What you’ll bring

• Minimum 8 years of SAP experience with end-to-end implementation project experience
• Leadership and coordination experience is mandatory
• Experience gathering business requirements and providing conceptual and detailed designs to meet business needs
• Performing necessary SAP configurations and writing detailed specifications for custom program development
• Testing, coordinating transports to production, and providing post go-live support
• Knowledge of Order to Cash scenarios, SAP Pricing (SD), Revenue Account Determination, Master Data, EDI/IDOC, and Output Determination with deep enhancement knowledge
• Very good understanding of ABAP debugging, user exits, and interfaces
• Deep understanding of integration between SD and FI

Nice to have

• Knowledge in credit card process will be an added advantage
• Good to have BRF plus skills
