About the role
The Research Associate I role on the Formulation ARD team at Baxter in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, supports technical and operational activities to develop pharmaceutical injectables. Day-to-day work includes hands-on formulation development, QbD-based experiment planning and execution, interpretation of analytical results, root cause analysis, technology transfer scale-up, and documentation under GDP and Data Integrity/ALCOA standards. The position is full-time and based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
What you’ll do
- Conduct literature searches for the respective product/project and prepare consolidated reports
- Define, organize, plan, and execute QbD-based experiments to develop pharmaceutical injectables in compliance with current international/regional/national regulations with support from senior colleagu
- Analyze experimental study outcomes and present data to the team for further action planning
- Independently analyze and propose solutions to research problems based on understanding
- Engage in root cause analysis in new product development and sustaining product projects under supervision
- Understand the manufacturing process to assess impact on product quality under supervision
- Apply technical theories and principles to projects within area of expertise
- Support scale-up and plant activities for technology transfer of injectable products
