About the role

Debt Management Services - Mortgages team at Bajaj Finance Limited oversees collections for mortgage portfolios. The Area Manager plans portfolio allocations, manages vendor relationships, ensures compliance, and leads a team through onboarding, performance tracking and field visits. Role is based in Delhi‑Pitampura on-site, with responsibility for high‑value case management and achieving collection targets.

What you’ll do

• Plan allocation of portfolios to RO’s and agencies based on performance and data insights
• Source, negotiate and manage vendor contracts and relationships
• Track vendor bills and ensure compliance with company policies
• Facilitate system allocation and administrative services coordination
• Conduct new‑joiner inductions and performance management for the team
• Monitor DRR and vendor performance metrics
• Visit critical cases on field to resolve issues

What you’ll bring

• Graduate in any discipline
• 3-5 years post‑qualification experience
• Full‑cycle vendor management experience
• Team management experience
