Investigator Payments Lead – Associate - FSP

About the role

Clinical Payments Operations team ensures accurate, timely, and compliant payments to trial sites and investigators. The Lead oversees end‑to‑end payment processes, collaborates with finance, legal, and technology groups, and resolves complex payment issues across global studies. Remote work from India, with exposure to international clinical research programs and professional growth opportunities.

What you’ll do

• Manage full lifecycle of site payment administration including schedules, triggers, and visit‑based payments
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and sites to resolve payment issues and ensure timely execution
• Review EDC design and data collection for accurate payment mapping
• Provide guidance on site contracts and budgets to align with payment terms
• Oversee external vendors and enforce payment process standards
• Monitor payment performance, identify delays, and implement corrective actions
• Support audit activities related to investigator payments
• Collaborate with finance, legal, technology, and clinical operations to deliver successful payment outcomes

What you’ll bring

• Experience in clinical operations or financial administration
• Experience managing investigator payment processes
• Knowledge of clinical trial contracts, budgets, and payment structures
• Familiarity with EDC platforms or payment processing tools
• Strong organizational and multi‑tasking abilities
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and own deliverables
• Understanding of local tax regulations and cross‑border payments
