Python + Gen AI

About the role

We are seeking a Generative AI Developer with strong Python skills to build and deploy AI/ML models, especially LLMs and diffusion models. The role involves designing, fine‑tuning, and integrating generative models into production, building data pipelines and APIs, and collaborating with data scientists, product managers, and engineers. Candidates should have experience with Hugging Face, LangChain, OpenAI, LLamaIndex, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX, and be familiar with LLM fine‑tuning, prompt engineering, embeddings, vector databases, and NLP concepts. Knowledge of REST APIs, Docker, and cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure) is required. The position is full‑time, based in India, and requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

What you’ll do

• Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI models.
• Fine-tune pre-trained models using Hugging Face, OpenAI.
• Build data pipelines and APIs for training and inference.
• Integrate AI functionality into production systems.
• Evaluate and improve model performance, latency, reliability.
• Stay current with GenAI research and ecosystem.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI solutions.

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 3+ years of Python programming experience.
• Experience with Generative AI frameworks (Hugging Face, LangChain, OpenAI).
• Knowledge of ML/DL frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX).
• Familiarity with LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, embeddings, vector databases.
