Senior Manager, Corporate Communications

About the role

Corporate Communications team at Computacenter connects people, strengthens culture, and brings the brand to life. The Senior Manager, Corporate Communications leads the India communications function, shaping strategy, advising senior leaders, and delivering internal, employer branding, and external communications. Based in Bangalore with an on-site work model, the role partners with HR, Talent Acquisition, and global teams to drive engagement, recruitment marketing, and brand initiatives.

What you’ll do

• Develop and execute India communications strategy aligned with global objectives
• Act as primary communications advisor to India leadership
• Lead internal communications planning, leadership messaging, all‑hands meetings, and change communications
• Partner with HR and business services to support culture, policy, and employee communications
• Drive local execution of Computacenter’s Employer Value Proposition and branding initiatives
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on recruitment marketing and candidate communications
• Create compelling content across articles, presentations, digital assets, social media, and events
• Provide communications support for business events, awards, and strategic projects

What you’ll bring

• 12+ years corporate communications experience
• Experience in internal communications, employer branding, and external communications
• Proven ability to develop and execute communication strategies
• Strong stakeholder management and senior leadership advisory skills
• Excellent written and verbal English communication
• Experience in technology industry or related market trends
• Degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations or equivalent experience
