About the role

Analytics & Reporting team at Accenture drives data-driven decision making for clients through robust MIS and governance reporting. The Senior Analyst designs and maintains Power BI dashboards, builds data models with DAX, and leverages advanced Excel to automate KPI and SLA reports while presenting insights to stakeholders. Bengaluru, India, on-site role focusing on client governance calls, continuous improvement, and mentorship of junior analysts.

What you’ll do

Design and develop interactive Power BI dashboards
Build data models and create DAX measures
Analyze SLA/KPI performance and generate insights
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
Conduct client governance calls and present findings
Support change, incident, and problem management reporting
Collaborate with operations and delivery managers to improve reporting
Coach junior team members and drive automation initiatives
