About the role

Sales Incentive Programs team at Sabre drives the design, administration and analysis of global sales compensation plans. The Principal leads plan execution, commission calculations, performance reporting and market benchmarking while collaborating with finance, HR and legal stakeholders. Multiple locations including United Kingdom (Remote), India, Spain (Remote), Southlake, Texas (On-site), United States (Remote), Krakow (On-site) and Montevideo (On-site); remote work model with occasional onsite collaboration.

What you’ll do

Administer global sales compensation plans and ensure accurate payouts
Respond to sales team inquiries on commissions and resolve disputes
Validate calculations, rates and audit participation
Create governance board presentations with senior management
Partner with finance and sales ops to retrieve incentive data
Analyze plan impact and perform variance and performance reporting
Conduct market trend research and external benchmarking
Collaborate with HR and payroll on hires, terminations and transfers

What you’ll bring

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
3-5+ years sales compensation administration experience
Advanced Excel modeling and data manipulation
Experience designing and rolling out sales incentive plans in large SaaS companies
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Customer service orientation and cross‑functional collaboration
Process automation and improvement expertise
Proficiency with Salesforce, Workday and analytical tools
