About the role
Corporate Visual Merchandising team at V-MART RETAIL LTD. ensures consistent visual standards across all stores in India, creating and training VM champions, designing window displays, and maintaining store hygiene. The Regional Visual Merchandiser develops and implements VM guidelines, oversees mannequin dressing plans, and produces monthly and quarterly reports on visual compliance and new store openings. Based in India, this role operates on-site at multiple store locations.
What you’ll do
- Correct visual merchandising in all stores
- Maintain standard displays across stores
- Create VM champions in each store
- Train store personnel on VM standards
- Ensure adherence to brand VM guidelines
- Produce monthly VM plan reports for new stores
- Plan VM for new store openings
- Execute mannequin dressing plans
- Design and execute window displays nationwide
- Maintain store hygiene checklists and reports
- Prepare and implement store-wise PPC and checklists
