Senior Specialist, Package Implementation

About the role

ServiceNow Integration Team at LTM LIMITED designs, develops, and manages integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems. The Senior Specialist leads integration design, API development, and implementation while mentoring a team of ServiceNow developers. Works onsite in Bengaluru, collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure seamless data flow across HR, CRM, and other applications.

What you’ll do

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow integrations using APIs, REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, and E-Bonding
• Gather and translate integration requirements into technical specifications
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to ServiceNow developers
• Oversee end‑to‑end delivery of integration solutions from design to deployment
• Ensure seamless integration with HR, CRM, and other enterprise applications
• Troubleshoot integration issues and optimize performance
• Develop and maintain comprehensive integration documentation

What you’ll bring

• 5-15 years experience in ServiceNow integration
• Strong expertise with APIs (REST, SOAP) and IntegrationHub
• Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs)
• Proven technical leadership and mentorship experience
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
