About the role

The Global Specialty Fulfillment (GSF) Team builds and drives next-generation operational infrastructure for Amazon's Hub-MFC business, delivering best-in-class customer experience at the fastest speeds for online grocery and ultra-fast delivery. As an IN-SME, you serve as a domain expert and consultant for system/process queries, acting as SPOC for GSF Distribution to resolve system and API-related issues, lead network-level best practice identification and standardization, and drive execution of software/process changes between network SME and FC. Based in Bengaluru, KA, IND, this full-time role involves optimizing inbound and outbound flows and collaborating across fulfillment and distribution networks in India.

What you’ll do

Serve as SME for AFTX and FaaST systems
Be a SPOC for GSF Distribution, resolving system and API-related issues for IB and OB (MTR, Rodeo, among others)
Identify appropriate teams to raise SIMs and work on swift resolution
Lead network-level best practice identification, design, and standardization
Benchmark with NA/IN operations on processes, execute must-haves, and own OP requirements
Serve as the interface between network SME and FC to drive execution of software/process changes
Work on process optimization and chalk out a plan for optimizing the flow for inbound and outbound flows

What you’ll bring

Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or another technical field
Experience working with cross-functional teams
