About the role

Ayvens, a leader in sustainable mobility and fleet management, seeks an AVP of Finance Operations to drive financial accuracy and process efficiency. The role involves managing transactional processing, improving workflows, ensuring compliance, and collaborating cross-functionally to support back-office operations. This full-time position is based in Mumbai.

What you’ll do

• Manage invoices, payments, expense claims, and ensure financial record accuracy
• Identify inefficiencies and develop better workflows for financial processes
• Implement new financial systems or procedures to enhance operations
• Ensure adherence to internal processes, authority matrix, and accounting standards
• Collaborate with Operations, procurement, IT, and sales departments

What you’ll bring

• Experience in financial transaction processing including invoices and payments
• Strong understanding of accounting standards and internal controls
• Proven ability to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
