Workfront Senior Consultant

About the role

As a Workfront Senior Consultant in Noida, India, you will be a recognized authority in Adobe Workfront solutions, educating clients on methodologies, analyzing complex project issues, and translating business requirements into architecture and development activities. You will collaborate with Adobe internal teams and implementation partners, maintain technical expertise through continuous learning, and keep accurate daily records of client billable time. VML has adopted a hybrid approach with teams in the office an average of four days a week.

What you’ll do

• Be a recognized authority in Adobe Workfront software-based solutions and technologies by clients, partners, and colleagues
• Educate clients on standard methodologies in relation to their specific industry and key business requirements
• Gain in-depth knowledge of a client's technical environment, business objectives, goals, and challenges to provide best advice for Adobe Workfront solution success
• Effectively analyze complex project issues, identify possible solution options, and facilitate presentation and review of options and recommended solutions with clients and partners
• Efficiently multi-task across multiple client engagements and key internal initiatives
• Interact frequently with clients via phone, email, and/or in-person including marketers, analysts, web developers, and C-level executives
• Keep accurate daily records of client billable time
• Assist with enablement and desk-side coaching to Customer/Partners on product features, ad-hoc technical queries, and future optimization roadmap

• Shown ability to communicate and lead execution of architecture vision across multi-functional technical and strategy teams
