About the role

Workday Integration Practice at KPMG focuses on delivering end‑to‑end Workday solutions for large enterprises. The Consultant leads Workday AMS projects, designs and configures integrations, mentors teams, and drives technical architecture and pre‑sales activities. Bangalore, India, on‑site role with hybrid flexibility as needed.

What you’ll do

Lead integration workstreams as SME contact
Plan, design, configure, test and deploy Workday integrations
Review code, configuration and integration security
Engage in pre‑sales activities and client POCs
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on architecture

What you’ll bring

8+ years cumulative IT experience
2-3 Workday AMS project leadership
3+ years HCM/Financial integration (PeopleSoft, Oracle, SAP)
Workday certifications: Integration Core, CCTPP, Studio or Workday Extend
BE/B.Tech/M.Tech/MBA/MCA
