About the role

S&C Global Network AI team drives AI innovation for automotive and industrial clients. The AI Consultant designs, develops, and deploys generative, agentic, and autonomous AI solutions, including LLM fine‑tuning, predictive maintenance models, and AI‑powered automation. Bengaluru, Gurugram, Hyderabad, Chennai – On-site, Full-time, Mid‑level role with 3‑5 years experience.

What you’ll do

  • Develop, deploy and monitor AI/ML models for predictive analytics and process optimization
  • Build and fine‑tune generative AI and LLM applications for content generation and intelligent assistants
  • Implement agentic and autonomous AI solutions for industrial automation
  • Work with structured and unstructured data from IoT sensors and manufacturing logs
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align AI solutions with business objectives

What you’ll bring

  • 3-6 years Data Science/ML/AI experience
  • Proficiency in Python or R
  • Experience with Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Torch, LangChain or OpenAI API
  • Knowledge of Generative AI and LLM fine‑tuning
  • Familiarity with Vector Databases for RAG
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

Nice to have

Bachelor or Master in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science or related field
