AEM and Adobe Target Architect

About the role

Corporate Marketing team at Vonage drives digital transformation for enterprise customers through cloud communications solutions. The AEM and Adobe Target Architect leads technical design, builds AEM architectures, and implements A/B testing with Adobe Target to enable personalized marketing experiences. Works remotely from India, collaborating with cross‑functional engineering and marketing stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and high‑availability solutions.

What you’ll do

• Design and implement AEM‑based architectures for digital marketing
• Guide engineering team on code quality and technical standards
• Create and manage A/B and multivariate tests in Adobe Target
• Integrate AEM solutions with third‑party systems and Adobe suite
• Develop OSGi bundles, HTL components, workflows, and localization features
• Define caching, security, and multi‑site strategies
• Provide technical guidance and support to marketing and engineering stakeholders
• Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and performance optimization

What you’ll bring

• 10+ years hands‑on AEM development
• 5+ years leading AEM architecture and delivery teams
• Strong Java, Sling, OSGi, JCR expertise
• Experience with Adobe Target, Launch, Analytics, CJA
• Integration experience with Salesforce, OneTrust, 6sense
• Proficiency in SPA frameworks Vue.js or React
• Knowledge of caching, CDN, Dispatcher security
• Familiarity with Agile Scrum/Kanban
