What you’ll bring

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, or a related field
2-3 years of experience in fraud/dispute operations
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
Knowledge of retail banking and card operations
Familiarity with fraud detection tools and dispute workflows
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to meet SLA and quality standards for case resolution
Ability to work night shift and work from office
