About the role
Ingram Micro Platform Technology India’s Enterprise Solutions team builds scalable, secure cloud platforms for global partners. As Sr Principal Engineer, you will architect and deliver full‑stack solutions in C#, .NET, Angular, and Azure, leading design, CI/CD, and production support for high‑traffic services. You’ll mentor cross‑functional teams, stabilize L1/L3 support, and drive self‑serve and multi‑tenant capabilities, especially for IT Asset Disposition workflows. Chennai office, hybrid model with onsite days and remote flexibility.
What you’ll do
- Own end‑to‑end solution design and lifecycle
- Lead architectural standards and code reviews
- Mentor engineering teams and offshore partners
- Drive incident and problem management
- Guide disaster recovery and reliability monitoring
- Champion Agile practices
- Implement self‑serve and multi‑tenant features
- Collaborate with Product, Infrastructure, and business stakeholders
