About the role

The MS Core and Cloud Specialist-RTPM role at Ericsson in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, is responsible for end-to-end monitoring, incident management, performance analysis, and optimization of CS Core, Packet Core (EPC), and IMS networks. Day-to-day work includes real-time KPI monitoring, threshold breach detection, incident management with RCA, generating operational and KPI performance reports, trend analysis, parameter tuning, SLA compliance, and coordination with NOC, engineering teams, and stakeholders. The position requires 10+ years of experience in Core Network Monitoring & Optimization and a Bachelor’s degree in Telecom/Electronics/Computer Science.

What you’ll do

  • Monitor CS/PS/IMS KPIs in real time and detect threshold breaches
  • Manage incidents end-to-end with RCA and timely escalation
  • Generate operational and KPI performance reports
  • Analyze trends and perform optimization (parameter tuning, KPI improvement)
  • Ensure SLA compliance and service quality
  • Coordinate with NOC, engineering teams, and stakeholders
  • Support maintenance activities and validate post-change performance

What you’ll bring

  • Strong experience in CS Core, EPC (MME, SGW, PGW), and IMS (VoLTE/VoWiFi)
  • Expertise in KPI monitoring, RCA, and performance optimization
  • Knowledge of LTE/VoLTE signaling and core network architecture
  • Hands-on with tools like ENM, ENIQ, Cisco Prime, etc.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Telecom/Electronics/Computer Science
  • 10+ years in Core Network Monitoring & Optimization
  • Strong knowledge of KPIs (Accessibility, Retainability, Availability)
