About the role
The MS Core and Cloud Specialist-RTPM role at Ericsson in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, is responsible for end-to-end monitoring, incident management, performance analysis, and optimization of CS Core, Packet Core (EPC), and IMS networks. The position requires 10+ years of experience in Core Network Monitoring & Optimization and a Bachelor’s degree in Telecom/Electronics/Computer Science.
What you’ll do
- Monitor CS/PS/IMS KPIs in real time and detect threshold breaches
- Manage incidents end-to-end with RCA and timely escalation
- Generate operational and KPI performance reports
- Analyze trends and perform optimization (parameter tuning, KPI improvement)
- Ensure SLA compliance and service quality
- Coordinate with NOC, engineering teams, and stakeholders
- Support maintenance activities and validate post-change performance
What you’ll bring
- Strong experience in CS Core, EPC (MME, SGW, PGW), and IMS (VoLTE/VoWiFi)
- Expertise in KPI monitoring, RCA, and performance optimization
- Knowledge of LTE/VoLTE signaling and core network architecture
- Hands-on with tools like ENM, ENIQ, Cisco Prime, etc.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecom/Electronics/Computer Science
- 10+ years in Core Network Monitoring & Optimization
- Strong knowledge of KPIs (Accessibility, Retainability, Availability)
