SAP Senior Project Manager

YASH Technologies seeks an SAP Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end implementation and transformation projects in Pune, MH, IN. The role involves managing full lifecycle SAP initiatives including S/4HANA and BTP, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget while driving governance and risk management. This position requires strong leadership of cross-functional teams and stakeholder management in a hybrid work model.

What you’ll do

• Manage full lifecycle SAP projects (S/4HANA, BTP, ECC, etc.)
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource plans
• Drive project governance, risk management, and compliance
• Act as primary liaison between business, IT, and vendors
• Oversee integration, testing, cutover, and go-live activities
• Lead cross-functional teams and mentor junior members
• Manage project financials, cost tracking, and forecasting
