What you’ll do
- Design and implement multi‑agent frameworks for marketing automation
- Develop agent memory, context management, and tool integration capabilities
- Implement feedback loops and self‑improvement mechanisms within agent workflows
- Collaborate with product teams to translate marketing logic into agent behavior
- Evaluate agent performance, reliability, and scalability
- Manage small teams or work efforts as needed
- Interact with clients and internal stakeholders
- Provide analysis and solutions for moderately complex problems
What you’ll bring
- 7-11 years experience
- Any Graduation
- Strong knowledge of AI concepts, techniques and tools
- Experience designing multi‑agent systems
- Proficiency in context and memory management for agents
- Ability to integrate tools and APIs into agent workflows
- Experience evaluating performance, reliability and scalability of AI agents
- Willingness to work rotational shifts
