About the role

Supply Chain Data & Distribution Operations team at Godrej Consumer Products builds and maintains master data for GT distribution, drives continuous improvement on the O9 planning platform, and creates analytics for logistics and SLOB management. The Executive/Sr. Executive will own master data governance, configure O9 logic, develop automated dashboards, and support warehouse network revalidation. Mumbai office, on-site work model, with flexible work options and relocation assistance available.

What you’ll do

Own and manage master data for GT distribution channels
Configure data inputs, business logic and testing on O9 platform
Build and maintain operational dashboards for logistics and SLOB metrics
Analyze regional warehouse network and provide data‑backed recommendations
Partner with commercial, logistics and planning teams to ensure data accuracy
Automate reporting and provide actionable insights to senior stakeholders

What you’ll bring

Graduate or Postgraduate in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Analytics or related field
3-6 years experience in supply chain operations, data management or logistics analytics
Hands‑on SAP for master and transactional data
Experience with O9 planning platform or similar
Advanced Excel (pivot tables, macros, data modelling)
Experience in SLOB inventory analysis or liquidation
