About the role

EY's People Consulting (CNS) Workforce Advisory team in Bengaluru helps clients align their people agenda with broader business goals, placing Humans@Center of transformation to drive sustainable change through workforce strategy. As a Project Consultant, you will support organization and workforce transformation, change experience and learning, purpose/culture/leadership, and HR transformation, systems, and rewards engagements across industries. The role is based in Bengaluru, India.

What you’ll do

• Support clients in strategically aligning their people agenda with broader business goals
• Contribute to organization and workforce transformation using scenario modelling, org design, workforce planning & analytics, and talent strategy
• Help define the new Workforce Experience including New Ways of Working such as Agile, Design Thinking, Digital, Problem Solving, and Collaboration
• Support accelerated adoption through digitally-enabled Change Experience tracked via Change Insights and Digital Learning via the EY Noggin Labs platform
• Align leadership and cultural programs with clients' business strategy, purpose, and operating model
• Support re-imagining and digitizing the HR function including HR strategy, HR service delivery model, HR cloud technology, and transforming employee policies and rewards

What you’ll bring

• Human Resources qualification
• 4-8 years of Human Resources experience
• Ability to work in a collaborative manner across multiple client departments
• Practical approach to solving issues and complex problems
• Ability to deliver insightful and practical solutions
• Agile, curious, and mindful working style
• Ability to sustain positive energy while being adaptable and creative
