Analyst - Supply Chain Management Implementation

About the role

Sirion Labs, a Cognizant company, seeks an Analyst to support end-to-end Supply Chain Management (SCM) initiatives using the Sirion Labs platform. The role involves driving SCM implementation projects, analyzing processes, and managing contract lifecycle activities in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. This is an on-site position requiring collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support and drive SCM implementation projects across various business units
• Analyze existing supply chain processes and recommend improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements
• Manage and maintain contracts and agreements in alignment with business needs
• Work with the Sirion Labs platform to administer and track contract lifecycle activities
• Prepare project documentation, status reports, and stakeholder presentations
• Identify risks and issues in the implementation lifecycle and propose mitigation strategies
• Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure timely project delivery

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in Supply Chain Management (SCM) Implementation
• Strong analytical capabilities and domain expertise
• Experience with contract management tools
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications
• Proficiency in preparing project documentation and status reports
