Senior Consultant S/4 EWM

About the role

YASH Technologies is seeking a Senior Consultant for SAP S/4HANA Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) to provide functional support, incident resolution, and process optimization across procurement, inventory, and warehouse operations. The role involves Level 2/3 support, configuration, functional specification, and integration work within a global AMS/production support environment. Positions are based in Pune, MH, IN and Hyderabad, TG, IN.

What you’ll do

• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for procurement and inventory management processes, including PR, RFQ, PO, contracts, scheduling agreements, source determination, and release strategies
• Configure and maintain procurement processes, organizational structures, supplier onboarding, and vendor master management
• Support inventory transactions and issue resolution including goods receipts, goods issues, transfer postings, physical inventory, and stock transfers
• Support creation and maintenance of material master records, purchasing information records, source lists, and quota arrangements while ensuring data quality and governance compliance
• Provide production support for SAP EWM warehouse processes including inbound/outbound processing, internal movements, putaway, picking, packing, replenishment, stock transfers, and physical inventory
• Configure and maintain EWM warehouse structure, storage types, storage sections, activity areas, work centers, queue management, and warehouse process types
• Support RF transactions, mobile warehouse operations, and integration between EWM and TM, shipping, carrier management, and delivery processing

What you’ll bring

• 6–8 years of SAP experience with strong expertise in SAP MM and SAP EWM
• Deep knowledge of SAP MM modules including procurement, inventory management, material master, valuation, and release strategies
• Strong experience in SAP EWM including embedded EWM in SAP S/4HANA, warehouse structure design, inbound/outbound processing, RF framework, and physical inventory
• Experience supporting and optimizing SAP S/4HANA environments, including S/4HANA supply chain processes, Fiori apps, and business partner functionality
• Ability to provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for procurement and inventory management processes
• Configuration and customization expertise with ability to create Functional Specification Documents (FSD)
• Knowledge of IDocs, APIs, ALE/EDI interfaces, and RFC integrations
• Experience working in a global AMS or support environment with incident, problem, and change management

• SAP Certification in SAP MM, SAP EWM, or SAP S/4HANA Sourcing & Procurement
• Experience in manufacturing, retail, consumer goods, pharmaceutical, or automotive industries
