About the role

What you’ll do
- Manage FOS recruitment, training, and motivation
- Manage channel relationships and drive finance penetration
- Meet allocated sales targets and ensure process rigor
- Ensure smooth service delivery to channel partners
- Oversee FOS productivity and reconcile dealer payments
What you’ll bring
- MBA with 2-3 years experience
- Graduate with minimum 4 years experience
- Prior exposure to sales role
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong relationship management skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Ability to coordinate with various departments
