About the role

EY's People Consulting (PAS WKFA) Workforce Advisory team in Bengaluru seeks a Project Consultant to help clients strategically align their people agenda with broader business goals. Day-to-day work spans organization and workforce transformation, change experience and learning, purpose/culture/leadership, and HR transformation, systems, and rewards—using scenario modelling, org design, workforce planning, analytics, and talent strategy. The role is part of EY's National sector-agnostic teams working across industries for a well-rounded experience.

What you’ll do

• Help clients strategically align their people agenda with broader business goals
• Drive sustainable change through the power of the workforce by placing Humans@Center of the transformation journey
• Apply scenario modelling, org design, workforce planning & analytics, and talent strategy via the EY Organization & Talent Hub
• Define the new Workforce Experience including New Ways of Working (Agile, Design Thinking, Digital, Problem Solving, Collaboration)
• Support accelerated adoption through digitally-enabled Change Experience tracked via Change Insights and Digital Learning via EY Noggin Labs
• Align leadership and cultural programs with clients' business strategy, purpose, and operating model
• Re-imagine and digitize the HR function including HR strategy, HR service delivery model, HR cloud technology, and transforming employee policies and rewards

What you’ll bring

• Human Resource qualification
• 3-7 years of Human Resource experience
• Ability to work in a collaborative manner across multiple client departments
• Practical approach to solving issues and complex problems
• Ability to deliver insightful and practical solutions
• Agile, curious, and mindful mindset
• Adaptable and creative approach
• Ability to sustain positive energy while following commercial and legal requirements
