About the role

The HR Associate Partner, FC PXT role supports the Site HR Team for a fulfillment center in Bhiwandi, near Thane, Maharashtra. Day-to-day work includes floor management of the fulfillment center, time and attendance tracking, roster management, payroll coordination, HRIS maintenance, grievance handling, statutory compliance, and contractor/agency oversight. The role also drives associate engagement activities, process improvement initiatives, and peak-season operational support while maintaining accurate HR reports and a high-morale workplace.

What you’ll do

  • Manage fulfillment center floor operations and provide associate support on HR topics including documentation, follow-up on requests, escalation of issues, problem solving, and meeting notes
  • Ensure an engaging workplace by staying close to associates and facilitating engagement activities
  • Partner with site teams on time and attendance to ensure correct schedules and shift patterns, compile reports to identify irregularities, and ensure associates are paid correctly and on time
  • Partner with payroll teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll inputs
  • Manage roster accuracy through audits, reporting, and modifications
  • Assist the operations team with peak-related activities and engagements
  • Lead process improvement initiatives and develop suggestions to maximize resource value
  • Maintain accurate headcount and other HR reports, proactively sense ER issues, handle grievances, manage HRIS, ensure statutory compliance, coordinate with recruitment and ERC teams, and oversee contr

What you’ll bring

  • Overall experience of 2-3 years (with 6+ months of HR experience as a basic qualification)
  • Graduate in any discipline, preferably from a recognized university (Bachelor's degree or equivalent)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • High presentation, reporting, and team player skills
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (6+ months of Microsoft Office experience)
  • Demonstrated customer focus
  • Demonstrated highest level of integrity, intellectual honesty, and strong work ethic
  • Experience in confidential environments

  • Preferred background of HR work experience in large warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing companies
