About the role

Financial Services Management Consultant at Infosys Ltd. in Bangalore, within the Business Consulting department. The role provides leadership on critical engagements, working with diverse Infosys and client teams to drive successful outcomes across Banking, Capital Markets, Payments, or Risk & Compliance. Day-to-day work includes anchoring sales proposal preparation and engagement delivery, driving large-scale transformation and change management, interfacing with client executives and IT members, and contributing to branding, thought leadership, practice development, and knowledge management. Location of posting is subject to business requirements.

What you’ll do

• Provide leadership on most critical engagements, working closely with diverse Infosys and client teams to drive successful outcomes
• Anchor sales proposal preparation and engagement delivery efforts
• Drive large scale transformation, program management, and change management initiatives
• Interface with client executives, business, and IT client members in consultative setups
• Conceptualize and drive new solution/service offerings and take them to market
• Contribute to branding, thought leadership, practice development, and knowledge management efforts
• Provide value-adding consulting services enabling clients to meet changing global landscape needs
• Work as part of a cross-cultural team with flexibility to support multiple time zones when necessary

What you’ll bring

• Prior work experience (6-15 years) in management consulting or advisory business, technology, or operational change initiatives in Financial Services (Banking, Capital Markets, Payments, or Risk & Com
• Full time MBA from top-tier business school or Qualified CA preferred
• Experience driving large scale transformation, program management, or change management
• Good experience interfacing with client executives, business, and IT client members in consultative setups
• Demonstrate thought leadership and ability to conceptualize and drive new solution/service offerings to market
• Ability and willingness to work as part of a cross-cultural team with flexibility to support multiple time zones
• Tier 1/2 MBA mandatory
• Experience in Banking domain including commercial banking, core banking transformation, corporate banking, lending, loans & mortgages, mobile banking, retail banking, and trade finance

Nice to have

Consulting & advisory experience with top-tier consulting organizations strongly preferred
