About the role
EY's National People Consulting (PAS WKFA) Workforce Advisory team in Bengaluru helps clients align their people agenda with broader business goals, placing humans at the center of transformation. As a Project Consultant, you will support workforce transformation, change experience and learning, purpose/culture/leadership, and HR transformation, systems, and rewards engagements across industries. The role is based in Bengaluru, India.
What you’ll do
- Support organization and workforce transformation engagements using scenario modelling, org design, workforce planning & analytics, and talent strategy via the EY Organization & Talent Hub
- Help define new workforce experience including New Ways of Working (Agile, Design Thinking, Digital, Problem Solving, Collaboration) and accelerated adoption through Change Experience and Digital Lear
- Align leadership and cultural programs with clients' business strategy, purpose, and operating model to build modern leadership and talent capabilities
- Support HR transformation, systems, and rewards work including HR strategy, HR service delivery model, HR cloud technology, and transforming employee policies and rewards
- Provide services across multiple client departments while following commercial and legal requirements
