About the role

Supply Chain and Operations practice at Accenture helps global clients reimagine and transform their supply chains. The Consultant drives SAP IBP solution design, business case development, and implementation across multiple projects, delivering workshops and advising on supply chain functionality. Bangalore, Gurgaon, Mumbai, Pune – on-site work model, relocation assistance available.

What you’ll do

  • Deliver multiple SAP IBP projects on time and budget
  • Facilitate business blueprint workshops for IBP
  • Advise clients on SAP IBP functionality and new features
  • Implement SAP IBP solutions across modules
  • Foster client relationships and expand opportunities
  • Drive Accenture pursuits and proposal development
  • Share knowledge through reviews and process improvements
  • Develop viewpoints, assets, and training for SAP IBP

What you’ll bring

  • SAP IBP solution design and configuration
  • SAP IBP business case and roadmap development
  • 4+ SAP IBP implementation project lifecycles
  • Supply chain domain knowledge (inbound/outbound logistics, warehouse)
  • Integration of IBP with ECC/S4 systems
  • Stakeholder engagement and team management
  • Analytical and writing skills for industry viewpoints
  • Cross‑cultural competence

Education

MBA or Master’s in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or Supply Chain Management; Bachelor’s in Engineering
