- Review and code complex E&M encounters
- Analyze denials and recommend corrective actions
- Prepare appeals and supporting documentation
- Mentor associates on coding and denial management
- Conduct quality reviews and resolve queries
- Monitor denial trends and support process improvements
- Participate in client discussions and knowledge‑sharing sessions
What you’ll bring
Current Coding Certification (CPC, CPC-P, CPC-H, CPC-I, CRC, CCS, RHIT, RHIA)
Nice to have
