About the role

Safety Operations - Moderation Product Support team at Roblox builds tools and processes to keep the platform safe for billions of users. The Moderation Escalation Specialist acts as a policy subject‑matter expert, owns high‑visibility safety escalations, creates golden data labels for training, and conducts root‑cause analysis to improve processes. Gurugram, India, hybrid (onsite Tuesday‑Thursday, optional Monday/Friday).

What you’ll do

• Own end‑to‑end high‑visibility safety escalations
• Provide policy expertise and final decision for high‑impact users
• Develop and maintain escalation processes meeting SLA
• Coordinate with moderation agents and cross‑functional partners
• Produce golden data labels for moderation training and policy development
• Analyze operational data to identify trends and recommend improvements
• Participate in on‑call/shift rotation for 24x7 coverage

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years incident or escalation handling in gaming/social media
• Trust & safety experience with policy enforcement
• Strong project management and prioritization skills
• Excellent cross‑functional communication
