What you’ll do
- Manage and maintain warranty program websites ensuring accuracy and timely updates
- Handle email accounts, responding to inquiries and resolving customer issues
- Provide end‑user support for claim submissions and website troubleshooting
- Review and process warranty claims in accordance with program guidelines
- Update site content, product additions, and compliance adjustments
- Assist migration of warranty sites to Accenture platforms collaborating with IT
- Generate and deliver regular performance and sales reports
- Support staff with deal creation, claim uploads, and technical assistance
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
- Minimum 3 years warranty program management or website administration
- Proficiency with online platforms and content management systems
- Strong analytical skills for performance reporting
