About the role

Workplace Engineering team at Accenture ensures reliable operation of MEP systems across corporate facilities. The Associate Manager leads engineering operations, asset lifecycle, vendor contracts, budgeting and compliance while driving energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives. Pune, on-site, hybrid schedule with occasional travel to other sites.

What you’ll do

  • Oversee end-to-end engineering operations and preventive maintenance
  • Manage asset registers, lifecycle planning and documentation
  • Define SLAs/KPIs for service partners and conduct performance reviews
  • Prepare and control OPEX/CAPEX budgets and track expenses
  • Ensure statutory compliance and safety standards across sites
  • Monitor energy consumption, implement savings projects and sustainability programs
  • Lead incident response, root cause analysis and business continuity efforts
  • Guide and develop engineering team, allocate responsibilities and training

What you’ll bring

  • 12-15 years engineering facility management experience
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, DG sets, UPS, BMS
  • Vendor and contractor management expertise
  • Budgeting OPEX/CAPEX and cost optimization
  • Energy management and sustainability initiatives
  • Compliance with statutory safety and regulatory standards
  • Proficiency in Excel and Power BI for analytics
  • PMP certification preferred
