About the role
HSBC Distribution Services team ensures accurate data and compliance for securitisation portfolios. The Junior Associate monitors and remediates static and missing data, manages reporting, and handles investor inquiries while supporting claim processes and lifecycle management. Bangalore office, on-site role, with opportunities to work across global finance and risk functions.
What you’ll bring
- Solid understanding of banking regulations and securitisation
- Experience in structured finance, markets, or credit portfolio management
- Strong quantitative skills and financial modeling in Excel
- Knowledge of Python, SQL, or Power Apps is desirable
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong organisational and time‑management abilities
- Ability to build and maintain global relationships
- Proven ability to prioritize competing demands
