The Senior Associate Data Scientist leads development of advanced machine learning and statistical models for healthcare challenges, mentors the data science team, and collaborates with global stakeholders to shape product strategy. Hyderabad, on-site, full-time.

What you’ll do

• Lead development of advanced ML and statistical models for healthcare problems
• Establish best practices in modeling, experimentation, and analytical rigor
• Translate real-world healthcare challenges into scalable data science solutions
• Collaborate with global stakeholders to influence product and business strategy
• Mentor and enhance technical capabilities of the data science team
• Stay current with latest advances in ML and healthcare analytics

What you’ll bring

• 8+ years experience in data science or quantitative field
• Expertise in statistical modeling, machine learning, deep learning frameworks
• Experience with transformers, graph neural networks, causal inference
• Proven ability to handle large high-dimensional datasets
• Experience deploying models to production
• Domain knowledge in healthcare revenue cycle preferred
