About the role

A partner company seeks a Freelance ServiceNow Subject Matter Expert in India to evaluate technical talent across platform capabilities. The role involves conducting structured assessments, validating expertise, and producing evidence-based reports to support hiring decisions. This remote position leverages deep domain knowledge to shape evaluation frameworks and mentor candidates.

What you’ll do

Conduct comprehensive, structured technical interviews for candidates
Evaluate proficiency in ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, and development
Prepare detailed assessment reports and candidate ratings
Validate claimed certifications and profile accuracy
Translate results into skill tiers for hiring decisions
Refine structured evaluation frameworks for consistency
Develop internal training materials for non-technical teams
Maintain strict confidentiality of candidate data

What you’ll bring

15+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience
Deep expertise in ServiceNow scripting (Glide, ATF)
Strong knowledge of Flow Designer and integration patterns
Experience with IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs
Prior experience interviewing or evaluating professionals

Nice to have

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities
Ability to design rigorous scenario-based interviews
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
