Debt Management Services - Compliance team ensures adherence to regulatory standards and internal policies for debt collection. The Deputy Area Manager develops compliance processes, conducts audits, and provides training on regulatory updates. Ludhiana, on-site, full-time role.

What you’ll do

• Ensure compliance with debt collection laws and internal policies
• Develop and maintain compliance processes for debt management
• Conduct audits, monitor activities, and implement corrective actions
• Provide training on regulatory updates and compliance standards
• Identify and mitigate risks in debt recovery practices
• Oversee customer complaints and ensure timely resolutions

What you’ll bring

• 4-5 years experience in debt collection compliance
• Proficient in Excel

Nice to have

• Knowledge of FDCPA and FCA regulations
• Experience developing compliance policies
• Conducting audits and monitoring activities
• Providing regulatory training to teams
• Risk identification and mitigation
• Handling customer complaints
