About the role
Marketing team at jobgether focuses on driving organic growth through AI-powered content strategies. The AI Content Marketing Specialist creates, optimizes, and scales SEO, CRO, and GEO-focused content, collaborates with SEO, product, growth, and marketing teams, and builds scalable AI-assisted workflows. Remote work from India with flexible hours and occasional on-site meetings as needed.
What you’ll do
- Develop and execute AI‑enhanced content strategies to boost organic traffic
- Create, optimize, and scale SEO‑focused blog and landing page content
- Review and refine AI‑generated drafts for accuracy and brand alignment
- Build scalable AI‑assisted content production workflows
- Monitor SEO, GEO, and performance trends to inform improvements
- Collaborate with SEO, product, growth, and marketing teams
- Track KPIs such as traffic growth, rankings, and conversions
- Maintain high editorial standards while increasing publishing velocity
What you’ll bring
- 4+ years content marketing experience
- Strong SEO and CRO knowledge
- Proficiency with AI content tools
- Excellent English writing and editing
- Experience with WordPress or similar CMS
- Ability to analyze performance metrics
- Collaborative cross‑functional mindset
- Experience in financial services is a plus
