What you’ll do
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential locations for industrial and logistics facilities
- Identify new business opportunities in Industrial & Logistics Real Estate
- Review and prepare presentations and proposals
- Prepare reports on entity/property financial positions including assumptions and valuation
- Interact with team members and clients regarding analysis and information
What you’ll bring
- Pursuing or recently completed MBA or degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Marketing Real Estate, Hospitality, or related field
- Basic understanding of financial concepts and Excel
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Interest in hospitality and real estate
- Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
