Senior IT Applications Engineer

About the role

Blink Health is a fast-growing healthcare technology company building BlinkRx and Quick Save to make prescriptions accessible and affordable. As a Senior IT Applications Engineer, you will administer and optimize core IT applications, implement integrations and automations, manage identity and access, and support cross-functional teams with technical solutions. The role is based in India.

What you’ll do

• Administer and optimize core IT applications including Okta, Slack, Google Workspace, Atlassian Suite, and Zoom
• Implement and maintain integrations, automations, and workflows across IT applications
• Support and improve automated onboarding and offboarding processes
• Manage identity and access across IT applications, including role-based access control (RBAC)
• Conduct periodic user and admin access reviews and participate in HIPAA and PCI audits
• Provide Tier 2/3 support to the IT Helpdesk and resolve complex issues independently
• Support the training of service desk members who assist with lower-level tickets
• Create and maintain accurate documentation for IT processes and procedures

What you’ll bring

• 8+ years of hands-on experience administering IT applications
• Expertise in Okta, Intune, JAMF, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Jira, Confluence, Zoom, and AzureAD
• Deep experience with Okta SSO and SCIM
• Strong experience in Identity and Access Management and Role-Based Access Control
• Experience with SSO, SCIM, SAML, and OIDC
• Comfortable consuming REST APIs and LDAP for various applications
• Ability to provide Tier 2/3 support and respond to incidents effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Nice to have

• Industry certifications for various tools are a plus
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks and audits is a plus
• Scripting experience is a plus
