Site Security Specialist

About the role

Pinkerton, a global enterprise risk management leader, seeks a Site Security Specialist to protect its largest global client's campus in Bangalore. The role involves managing daily on-site security operations, implementing physical security strategies, and coordinating with law enforcement and vendors to ensure a safe working environment. This full-time position is based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

What you’ll do

• Manage and direct all security staff and daily on-site security operations
• Implement site security plans, assessments, and risk/threat analysis
• Respond immediately to all security incidents and emergencies
• Liaise with government, consular, and private sector agencies
• Assist in the evaluation and development of regional security strategies
• Conduct periodic review sessions with vendors for quality service delivery
• Support access control systems and access card management
• Coordinate security support for internal and external events

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• At least five years of corporate security operations experience
• Ability to work with little or no supervision
• Effective written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
