Domain Consultant - Professional Services

About the role

BPS OPS seeks a Domain Consultant - Professional Services in India to serve as a Senior Business Analyst leading complex projects and providing strategic insights. Day-to-day work includes analyzing business processes, defining requirements with stakeholders, developing project documentation, performing data analysis, overseeing solution implementation, conducting UAT, and mentoring junior analysts. The role requires 7 to 12 years of total experience with 5-8 years of relevant experience.

What you’ll do

• Lead analysis of business processes, workflows, and systems to identify improvement areas
• Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation including business requirements, process maps, and use cases
• Perform advanced data analysis to support strategic decision-making and identify key business trends
• Oversee development and implementation of business solutions and strategies
• Conduct and lead user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business needs and quality standards
• Prepare and deliver detailed reports, presentations, and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders
• Mentor and guide junior business analysts, providing training and support
